I am always willing to jump in and give a big shout out to K2 and anyone her helps her. Also a shout out to all of the lunes who did so well for the last month. There were some big numbers from those we expe ct and some from those we might not have expected. There were lots and lots of meters rowed by everyone and we held third place for quite a while at the end. I love our member average number. Now then, a little rest and back to it. Great health waits for no man. We must reach out and take it. So as the Thor says, Keep on rock'n and rowing.

Post by Kona2 » February 2nd, 2016, 2:43 pm

Groundhog Day...and the famous furry forecaster predicts an early Spring....I thought about this while I was moving what seemed like a ton or two of snow. It was a foot and a half deep this AM, and I brought out the big beast snowblower. Quite the workout!

The Virtual Challenge numbers are still trickling in, but we are in fourth - thanks to the efforts of the mighty ArMOONda. This was Michelle's first million meter boat, so am hopeful that we will get some special graphics. I have submitted a request!

3.0 MM Tombeur
3.0 MM Ronnie
2.75 MM Tammy

Two 3 mills at the same time. Way to go Ronnie.
I have to say I love it that a guy who is 23 years older than I is right on my tail. Way to rock the night away man.

I am changing my focus for a while. I am rowing more for shorter and harder. I had Janice program the following for me.
250M rest 1:30
500 rest 3:00
750 rest 4:30
1000 rest 6:00
750 rest 4:30
500 rest 3:00
250
I did this for the first time this morning. Muscle head Thor actually forgot to warm up first. Head smack! I will shoot for a 2:00 pace for the whole thing. I didn't hit that today so some work to do.
Have fun all.
