well done Will and well done Debbie (and all)
a good rush of people at the end got our 6 boats floated - none left at the dock waiting for a lady to hop in
The fast guys and girls are amazing at the moment - fastest ever I suspect and super competitive

Had a first go at the Jan CTC yesterday - thought I'd aim for something 'manageable' and just do all 4 at under 1:50 pace. Celebrations over the last couple of weeks obviously took a bit more out of me than I'd hoped - 4th interval was pretty tough and had to dig a bit in the final minute to get under 1:50 average - definitely hope to go a decent chunk faster feeling at least a little better between now and the end of the month!

Thanks Henry - good hit out @1:44.9 and probably good for the 2km training as well. It seems like I have got through the Xmas stuff without losing anything much - it was a danger time with all that was happening. terry's @1:52.7 was pretty strong too
Henry did you get my email? - thought I might be able to come and visit on my way home from Boston if you are around??

Serious efforts from Graham, Catherine, the Fall '16 Pete Planners, and the usual suspects. Keep em coming Flyers!

After a frustrating middle of the year in 2016 with nagging injuries getting in the way, I finally got somewhat back on track in November and have been bashing out meters doing the Interactive Program in hope of peaking at CRASH-Bs.
It feels good to be pulling my weight (lightweight though it may be) in the Virtual Team Challenge for a change.
