I'm planning on starting a new team on the indoor ctc challenges

it is to be called;

Cornish Gig Rowers IRC

Can anyone help/advise?

It's not possible because a black field would still get black writing and that's about as visible as a black cat down a coal mine with the lights off. The software (unchanged since 2005) doesn't vary the text colour based on the background colour.
