Still going well, even if i havent updated. I rowed my first 5k under 20 minutes during training.
Today i did interval training. 250 meters fast, 250 meters slow.
I used to do them at 30 spm at 1:55 pace and drop dead afterwards.
Today i gave it a try, started out at 1:49 at stroke 25 and ended at 1:44 pace with stroke 29. Felt confident all the way. Had to grit my teeth for the last two, but was never in serious trouble. Was more in the tank.
Totally enjoying the erging again lately.
