Should i just go on?

Since Christmas i have done some kind of three day a week PP. I have made great pr every training day. But today i have to stop before my pyramid was done(250, 500, 750, 1000) and then i coulnt continue and have to stop. Have i pushed it to far or should i continue?
I Can se if i past my data to an ip, i train to fast.

Is it Best to train like pp when you go to beat your last time every time og to row after % OFF max 2k?

you can't always beat your fastest time. if you're having an off day just scale things back that day and try again next time.
if you're beating or getting close to your fastest time every row you could stick with the program till you aren't progressing anymore. changing to another program might be the change or catalyst you need to progress more but consistency is also important so changing training around too often isn't ideal either.....

Ok thanks.

I will try a couple of times or else i will slow down a little. But continue with the program.
