Thank you guys so much I dropped my 2k down to 1:50.8
my first 400 was 1:52.2 at a 31 second was 1:52.7 at a 30 my 1200 was a 1:51.5 at a 30 my 1600 was 1:49.1 at a 32 my 2000 1:48.5 at a 34

really nice. Coach is going to love those negative splits -- you getting stronger throughout the race.

I did a 2000m Row workout in a time of 7:23.2 and wanted to share it with you.

I also feel like I had too much energy in the last 250 as I sprinted at 1:45-1:48

Looks like you nailed it. Very well done. Pacing looks strong - I suspect key was the solid but restrained start. Very strong finish bodes well for the future. Best of luck.

Well done, that's a great result. Sometimes you have too much energy and other times you can limp over the line, as it's a very fine line between glory and gorey, so don't be disappointed. This is a great indication that you're better than you're expecting, so you can keep squeezing out more.
