my first 400 was 1:52.2 at a 31 second was 1:52.7 at a 30 my 1200 was a 1:51.5 at a 30 my 1600 was 1:49.1 at a 32 my 2000 1:48.5 at a 34

Well done, that's a great result. Sometimes you have too much energy and other times you can limp over the line, as it's a very fine line between glory and gorey, so don't be disappointed.
