Indoor race on saturday, any last minute tips from the pros?
any and all suggestions welcome on how to maximize the one day i have left
Univeristy of the Pacific Men's Varsity 8 5-seat, Varsity 4 3-seat, Varsity Pair Stroke
21 6'5" 242lbs
1 minute pull: 371 meters
100: 15.5

Tips
Work out a realistic race plan and stick with it.
If you are in good shape and you think you may pb, go for it but start at or just above a pace that will achieve it.
Gradually increase the pace and go for it in the last 300.
