Yeah I've done everything at 130 since I started the Pete Plan. Before that I was doing all my steady state work at 115

So close to sub37 - but the target was just to break my old PB. Hard FL-Bodyweight-Workouts in recent days have prevented a better result.

Are you a member of a club for the CTC? The 10km is the challenge for this month (@ [url]http://www.c2ctc.com)[/url]If not then you could join a club and enter it (the Forum Flyers would be a good choice!!)

2k PB lowered at Scottish Indoor Champs. Shockingly paced though -- first 500m at 1:36!!! and then fought like hell to hang on and post 6:51.3 @ 1:42.8. Great experience.

Congratulations Mark Another four seconds off your PB especially after such a fast start. Can you do a write up of the event experience as it sounds very interesting.
