^ great stuff Nico! Hoping to join you with a new 60min PB soon but 15900m is an absolute best case scenario for me so not in your league lol! Knew you were about to smash it as you did 15k@~1:53.1 iirc recently? well done

Nice work Dean on all 3 PBs! I must have missed that. The marathon is very, very impressive (as is the 5K). You would crush that 2K time with some specific speed work though!
Very nice hour work too Nico!
You two put my endurance to shame.

Re: New Personal Best! Brag About That New Pb!
I was surprised about the result at the 15 km. I had projected the time onto the hour. The target was about 15900m. Because it went well, I decided in the 2nd half to try the 16000m. However, I needed a fast final spurt.Gammmmo wrote:^ great stuff Nico! Hoping to join you with a new 60min PB soon but 15900m is an absolute best case scenario for me so not in your league lol! If so, make sure you reap that extra. You never now for sure if its lasts. You have transformed yourself almost to be being a sprinter off.lindsayh wrote:Thanks Henry - it felt great too and I must say that there is a bit more there I am sure.hjs wrote:Thats a big Chunk Lindsay, very nice !lindsayh wrote:5k TT tonight

Congratulations.
That's a big chunk of time to improve, especially when you were already quite fast.

Great stuff Lindsay, bloody impressive how much stuff you're doing at such a high level at the moment - I've not looked at the IP in detail but is it all build up from here to Boston or are there any easier weeks?lindsayh wrote:5k TT tonight
