Notice the increases in rate and the neg. splitting (planned)

I just thought it might be time to see some other advice here on how to train.
This year I have not handled down once since December 1st... That in itself is excellent psychological training (IMHO)

BTW: In my blog this season I have attempted to record workouts in a format that includes my splits in 2k pace +/- seconds This might be a resource for those who are trying to max-out as I have been for the last 3 years. IOW: see the "click here" link in my signature...(at the bottom of this post)

 You can take your own goal pace for 2k and add or subtract seconds accordingly..
Mike
interesting your 2K training.
Seems to show your OTW background, low DF and low SPM for a very light guy.
Have a good one in Boston, say Hi to Rick B.
Who knows I may be tempted for 2011 when I will be 60![/quote]

Thanks Steve:

I'll be at just a little higher DF at Boston... but not much.

What's you next erging goal?

Will say "Hi" to (hammer winner) yankeerunner*... I'll even be wearing shoes from his Newburyport, MA store B)
