Anybody out here use the Kurt Jensen «equation» to fiddle with his training plan? (Your best 2K Watts output is baseline or 100% and if you have trained properly for that distance you should have a10 second = 173% of your 2k, a 60 second = 153 %,6k =85% and 60 minutes =76%)
If so I am wondering if you have more precise info on the testing protocol .For the short pieces are you allowed to use a racing start or do you have to start with a full slide as the canadian testing protocol require. And for the 60 minutes piece is there a mandatory SPM. Or is it all out with no restrictions on the different pieces.
