I am sure some of you may already own this book but thought it was worth mentioning as i recently purchased it myself, it contains over 375 Concept 2 workouts of various difficulties, it also has a section on form and a sample training plan, I Guess its aimed at beginners but thought it was a great way for even veteran rowers to try something a little different and have a completely different workout each time. Some of them are downright brutal but in that crazy way we all love hehe
