I am looking for a new GPS Watch.
Most come with a training diary.
Is any of these (Garmin / Polar Flow) compatible with the data from indoor rowers?
If i save to a usb stick will I be able to upload these to my training diary and still keep duration, Work, Heart rate.
Preferebly in intervals.
Also - which Watch is best if I want it to track thej Heart rate and display it on the PM5 display?
I have access to multiple indoor rowers PM5 at Work and a gym.
Most never get updated as noone cares and we are not allowed.
Online training diary
Re: Online training diary
The pm5 will link directly to the hr strap..... Ant+..
Are there any watches that will link with the pm5 in the same way they link to say a wattbike
As good as my fenix 5 is ... It does not link to the pm.... Displaying hr from strap and Sr. In the same way it measures steps...no power!!!
Erg iq does not link....but keep meaning to try with my edge
Use ergdata it will give loads more info and store sets and upload them to log

Re: Online training diary
I'd definitely recommend ErgData and using a heart monitor that links directly to the PM5 (if you have it). This makes logging stuff really easy and quick.
I have a Garmin heart rate monitor for this.
