Is it me or have we had a few new folks on the forum here recently with already good times? Good to see the ERG becoming a tool for many Athletes that are already fit and strong.
I'm with you on that Keith. Hopefully they will stay motivated and keep on erging. Looking forward to seeing some big progress being made by everyone though, and not just the newbies.
You guys did not see the old uk forum :D Way higher level, with sub 6 rowers around.

That forum does not exist anymore. It was a lot better, but it was sold and the new owner let it die and later killed it off.
As you know its now social media that number one.

Lots of folks jumped ship to the Faceborg. The folks left on here are ones who actually care about their internet privacy and security.

Indeed, lame action from the new owner. But times change. A blog now is like a fax.. etc
