Welcome to the forum!
How far can you row comfortably in one sitting?

Welcome
I found the Beginners Pete Plan a good one to follow when I first started.

Be good to gauge where you're at right now though to be able to offer more advice.
Cheers
Alex

Hi all can probably row a 2k but my main issue is stamina, I go to hard and can’t relax, try my hardest not to make it a sprint

I tell new folks that they should gradually work up to 5k as a good initial target for long, steady rows. Remember, not every workout is a sprint!
Focus on your form, get your drag factor where it is comfortable, target a 20-24 stroke rate per minute and gradually increase your distance you can row. If you can do 2k now, consider adding 500m every few sessions until you can comfortably row 5k.
Then consider looking at the beginner Pete plan.
