An easy 10K+ for general fitness improvement. This is a basis that I need more than anything else at this time.

Rowed 6k today; I'm supposed to be training for my fall Marine Corps Marathon, but my right knee which was arthroscopically repaired about 5 years ago is giving me twinges and today my opposite hip hurts like heck; I've NEVER had any aches and pains like this!

10k erg today; my 3 mile run yesterday was relatively pain free so I'll aim to bump my mileage up to see if I can get back to marathon training.

5 * 5 minutes in the Quad
30-32-34 (36,38, 40 last minute) - 32-30

Killer workout, but good prep for Nationals.

This weekend I will enjoy getting back on the Charles for the Cromwell Cup!

I'll be in the Open Dash 1X (Atlanta) , Master's C 1X (Atlanta), and Masters double (RBC).

Not sure of the order right now as there will be heats and maybe semis
