Just try a few 2k s, don,t make it a big deal. Doing 8x500 is just as demanding.

Good thing about this week: trained 4 times. 1 oly lifting workout, 3 rows (10k PB, 8x500m and today’s 1h). Second time this year that I trained 4 sessions/week, and probably second time in 2 decades that I trained 4 times a week...
