Working late tonight so decided on a session this morning.
10' warmup row
Squats single dumbell 8kg x15
Overhead Press dumbells 8kg x10
Arm Curl barbell 20kg x10
Bent over Row barbell 20kg x15
Chest Press on ball dumbells 8kg x15
5 sets in rotation
15' cooldown row
Back is a little twingy after this so I'll need to be very careful when I do the next strength session. I did wear my weight belt but I think doing this every other day is too much....maybe twice a week is more achievable.
