Only had my Model D for two weeks now.
Doing 2 X 5K, I can stay under 22:00 ea.
I hope to do the Winter Challenge (200K) starting later this month.

Technique drills and warm-up: 2,262m. 1k at 1:44.4 (2nd best ever; but this is not a distance I go for PBs in). Stair-climbing, planking. Another 1k at 1:49.4. Must keep my mileage within reasonable limits lest I become too tired to do my schoolwork in this final month of graduate school...
Mid-30s, 6'0", 230lbs (working on that.......), 6:54.8 2k PB (1:43.7, March 2015). Occasional OTW rower.
Don't believe everything you read on the internet!
Other PBs: 1k @ 1:39.9 (March 2015).

got off early and dropped son off at gym, stuck around and did 5007m sr21 1:58
then when the wife got home went back and did 6517m sr21 around 2:00

Reached a goal of mine today on this workout:


Pyramid with half interval rest times (after 1k warm up)

My goal was to do each interval in sub 1:45 and finally was able to do it today with enough in the tank to pull a 1:39 average on the last minute.
