Is it reasonable...

Recently I did 1500m at a 1:44.5 avg...legs were damn near dead with 500 to go, but weirdly enough even through the random "passing out feelings" I maintained a constant split.

Would it be reasonable to think that I would be able to beat my PB 2k of 7:11.8 based on this 1500 meter piece?

My time on the 1500m piece was 5:13 btw...just wondering if anyone out there has any comments. Obviously I am shooting for sub 7 by February, but in terms of improvement, does this have a chance at setting a new PR?

Probably. I did a 5:36 mile (1609) at Newark and a 7:03.4 2K at BIRC. I struggled at BIRC with being dehydrated.

What can you do for 8*500m 3:30r?

Are you following any sort of structured training plan?

I am on week 2 of the interactive UK training programme. I thought I would give it a try. It is structured and at the time I was just doing 10k a day without any real structure, so I kept with the program. According to the program I should pull a 7:08 2k supposedly.
