Oar lock bushings

Hi All,

I need some help. My son has a Fillipi 2014 F15. We got a set of blue bushing as that's what Fillipi uses and was originally in the oar locks. We tried to put them in the oar locks but the pins will not pass through them. Is there a larger pin than 13mm? If yes what should I get? Did Fillipi use something non-standard? Maybe the bushings and pins have an interference fit and a mallot must be used. Is that possible? We tried Empacher yellow bushings and they slipped right on but they take months to get new ones. Any ideas? How do I get the 13mm blue bushings to work?
