I am part of a small rowing club at university. Due to our location by the ocean, our time on the water is limited by the weather. We also only have two completely functioning ergs and two ergs without working monitors. Im looking for suggested workouts that could help build up strength and endurance for the rowers on the team, without being on the water or using the ergs.
