Happy New Year!!!
Bought my SkiErg on 12/1/18
I am 60 yo inline skater, cyclist.
workout regularly. needed an indoor wo that was challenging and worked the muscles that i dont use so much while skating/cycling. Winter is hardest time to keep fitness, Was looking at C2 rowers when i found SkiErg! Boy am I happy with this machine.
I started out slowly. Experienced x country skiier. Broke in the Triceps... eased my distances up. Eased my times up.
I am really content with Varible Intervals. I currently do 8x1250 meters with 45 seconds between intervals. Get my sweat on in under an hour!
This thing is shredding me. Great Ab workout.
Loud music!!! UEFA Football!!! La Liga!!!
I have no personal bests but I seriously love this platform. Using almost everyday and feeling like my over all fitness level is way up from any winter before!!!
Did just over 100k meters in Dec. At 60K today!
Greetings from Quasi Modo!
