Online (Ski)Erging

I suspect not all of the SkiErgers know that SkiErg (both old and new) is fully compatible with RowPro - used by many of us in the rowing camp. I use both machines and encourage everyone to get a copy of RowPro and start erging online. Any SkiErg with PM3 or later model works with RowPro via a regular USB printer cable - just like a rower. Almost plug and play.
If you want online company - I have two friends with whom I 'ski' online - we do it every Wednesday, around 18.30-20.00 GMT when we do a steady pace 10km (around 2:10 to 2:25 / 500m). We also do other distances and workouts on different days, sometimes we simply join a regular rowing groups on our SkiErgs (and usually get a beating, we're much slower on SkiErgs that on RowErgs), sometimes it is just two/three of us.
I began to call our sessions "Polish Erging Team" - so you can easily identify these sessions. But if you want company on another day - just email me at pkiszkATgmail.com, I will try to be online for company (or competition).
Online erging adds another dimension to our workouts. Everyone should try it. See you there !
