Fat to Fit

Post by prenti » November 11th, 2012, 11:00 am

I am looking at doing a 90 day challenge, from non rower to competing in the CRASH sprints in the 40-49 category. I have dabbled and used rowing over the years as a cross trainer. On May 14 2012 I had hip resurfacing surgery and Nov..is my 6 months. Been cleared to do what I want and I want to compete. Does anyone out there have any helpful hints. Thanks in advance.

This is the style:

and this is a program:

Style comes first because it can get us fit on its own, while training does not of itself teach us to row.
