Noob, how much is too much rowing?

It may have been asked before,but how much rowing is too much?.
I am 56y been rowing about 6 months mainly interval training from about 15,000m to 20,000m a session in the gym,4 to 5 times a week,I feel fine after my workout,I also mix in weight training with the sessions,is there a downside..

Depends on intendity, if you feel fine, you are proberly ok. Rowing is very friendly on the body and low impact. This ofcourse changes if you push yourself.

You can push yourself to find the limits. Things like intensity, distance and sleep quality as well as rest days or not have a big effect. Personally I find things can go well for up to 3 weeks like on the Fall Challenge then with increased metres and no rest you finally hit the wall and your body tells you to stop and have a couple of days off to recover.
