After trying with exersize, very little rowing and doing Voltarol 3 times a day, I still had minimal progress, so I got a ultrasound of the shoulder. Seems I have a pretty banged up supraspinatus, and some calcification in the should. Oh joy... I did a search from on the board, and there are several with simial issues it seems. I have been slowely going up to roing 5000m twice to three times a week, but I'm not sure if this is wise or if I'm better of leaving it completely alone.
I did a session of shock was therapy today, was a rather painfull experience but about 50% had very good feedback on this treatment, and the other 50%, nothing. Cost is the same tho

Anyone had positive experience with shock way therapy?
I was also recommended two exersizes, one was simply life a 4 pound heave weight on straight arms and hold them out at a 90 degree angel in front of the body, and hold them theref for 40 seconds. Do this 5 time a day. Other was sidewas movement of the arm, at 90 degree and pressing the arm outwards from the body. Guess it's hard to explain, but if anyone tried the same you should know what I'm talking about.
Anyone got any other exersizes that could help speed up recovery, and maybe some experience on if I should stop the rowing, or keep up the 2-3 sessions I do?
