Beta alanine and increased sweating

Post by Dangerscouse » August 1st, 2018, 2:50 pm

I have tried a new Beta Alanine powder as the Myprotein one I had been using never gave the tingles that everyone mentioned.

The new powder defo does, and I have noticed that I'm drenched with sweat, more than usual. Is this to be expected? The gym air con is on so it's not that the gym is too hot and I'm sweating notably more than i think I should be.

Also I get a feeling of nausea for about 10 mins when the tingles come. I'm not sure if it's helping or not!
