HI everyone thanks for all your ideas. So at the moment I have started doing pilates which I'm findings really good for strengthening without getting breathless, I love it. I have looked at the Crane, I might well get that and once to supplement the pilates. Once I have vaccine will try the rowers at the gym before making decision on whether to buy. So thanks again for all the help and advice.
