Superb Customer Service

Had the bikeerg since June 2018 and done approx 2.4m metres and over the last 6 weeks the bike has been developing a sensation when pedalling. Similar to a clunk or vibration and it appeared to happen everytime my foot hit the bottom of the pedal rotation. Tried everything I could think of so emailed concept and after a few emails back and forth they wanted to replace the main body of the bike.

That was sent one day after asking if that was ok and I fitted the body today and it feels like a dream. I've always known concept2 have gerat customer service but never expected them to replace the whole section!! I guess that's why we buy from a very good company.

One thing I did notice is that the crank arm connection has been redesigned - or appears to have been - so wonder if this was an issue on earlier models.

Really pleased and can't wait to give it a good go tomorrow - especially as I've now replaced the original pedals with shimano ones!! :D

Very similar to my experience. I spoke a couple of times with C2 (Ben) about a problem with my BikeErg and he sent out a new front end (with return shipping for the old front end). In changing over the front end, it also fixed the clicking as you described and I too noted the crank arm now has two heavy duty allen bolts inserted in the base of the crank arm.

I was mighty pleased with the service and posting here is my small way of thanking Ben and C2. I have a Model C which I have had for a very long time, and my experience has always been the same when I wanted a part or advice on how to fix something. I see a SkiErg in my future once I find the space... :D

Couldn't have been better in resolving my issue to my satisfaction which eventually lead to sending me a new bikeerg. Made it really simple to send the old one back after I received the new one.
