BikeErg maintenance

As I'm approaching 10 million meters on my BikeErg, I wonder: any maintenance that might be worth doing?
So far the only 'maintenance' I have done is cleaning the handlebar and other parts following each sweaty session. Despite this lack of attention, the bike still looks great and everything remains working smoothly. My understanding is that the belts are self tensioning, and probably remain OK over a multiple of the mileage that I have clocked. But perhaps opening the BikeErg and cleaning out dust would be a wise thing to do?
Any insights on this?
