Newby Advice

Post by Ellen » February 18th, 2021, 8:23 pm

Hello - Not new to rowing, but my past experience has always been as part of a bootcamp. Can anyone recommend a good intro to splits, the stats on the monitor, good workouts online, etc. Thanks!

Hi Ellen,

Great to find you here and how good of you to take up rowing again.
There is lots of info around here, so I won’t try to advise you. Just make sure you keep enjoying yourself!

Have fun.

Hi Jackrabbit,

Certainly I have a life, haha! And I’ve never counted my posts, but thanks to you I now know: not that impressive. 😉
I guess it’s just too hard to tap in a coherent message on that tiny keypad with sweaty fingers while still seated on the erg... 😰💦
