Ok, good to hear what others think. My only issue is that I am not totally convinced that 20-35 lbs will give me 5 splits which would be what I would need. Like, if I could break 20' on a 6k as a lightweight, something which I think I have a 25% chance of doing in the next 2 years I feel like going 19' would be nearly impossible, even at 195lbs. Sorry to keep asking, I just am pretty new to the sport and while I get that the water is where it matters, having the requisite power is what allows one to go fast with good technique.

You simply don,t have the height to be really heavy. You have the build for a middleweight. Heavyrowers are tall, if not they are fat. The best you do is focus on otw tecnique, there weight plays no role. Let the weight sort out itself, eat healthy and stay lean, in a few years you will find your natural weight.
