Hello

Below is the FIRT choice for December workout :

"The French Kiss n°2" :
Row the following reps:
One minute, two minutes, three minutes,
one minute, two minutes, three minutes
with a maximum of nine minutes resting, spread any way you like.
First rep from a standing start, the other reps from a standing or rolling start (your choice).
Record your total distance for twelve minutes not including the nine minutes rest

Same as May 2014, an opportunity to see if you have improved your rowing abilities from that point.

HI,

Can I get my CTC username changed ?
  • From: Amie Marie FM
    To: Amie Macejkovic FM
If it's not possible to do, then it's fine to leave it as is...

Thanks
Amie

Fixed. It was due to merging some threads for new teams into this one.

Well done Sub7 for narrowing the gap to FM at the head of the leaderboard by winning the November challenge. FIRT produced an excellent flotilla of 26 boats; the most launched by any team last month.
RC Mantova, Isenhurst Rowers and RowPro Rowers have the challenges for January, February and March respectively.

Hi Joe,

Do you know when we can get involved in the setting of challenges yet? - What is the deal with the second table you have posted, as we don't show on this one?

Thanks!

Before being eligible to pick your team has to float a boat three months in a row. You then get a weighting based on number of boats, number of months active, number of months since you last got a chance to pick a challenge. The weighting is biased towards giving new small teams a choice.

BTW, I've eliminated Jasmine's duplicate entry.

Thanks Citroen,

Hoping we get a choice soon then! We have managed 5 months in a row now, 6 will be inlcuding this months :)

If we could put out a request, April would be quite good for us as its on our run up to the World Championships so would be fitting! :D

You'll need to talk to Joe Keating (I think you're more likely to find him on Faceborg than here).
