WR 6k M lwt 19:16.0 (unofficial)

Post by Remo » November 2nd, 2018, 12:37 pm

Aaron Lattimer of Canada set a new standard for lightweight men by rowing 6,000m in a world record time of 19:16.0 . Currently unofficial, but that won't last. Lattimer rowed the ltw 1x for Canada at the 2018 World Championships in Bulgaria.

(Damn, that's fast)

Started rowing at Cal in 1975 and sculled for a few years thereafter. Still follow the sport religiously. In some Latin languages, "Remo" means "the Rower" or "to row".
