Competition & Weight training

Post by Jackie Dunn » June 19th, 2006, 9:02 pm

The YMCA that I work out in is having a rowing competition. My question is this while I am competing this week should I continue to lift weights as well as other cardio or should I skip this week and start back after competition? :?

You can go on but make sure you are well rested at the start. Especiali the legs have to be fresh. They have to do the main work.
