Joe Keating in his normal modest way, posted this in his blog.

100km 7h19m35.8 @2:11.9 So tired


Three weeks ago Joe broke the world record for 60+ lwts by doing the 100km in 7h37m+, taking a two-minute break every 10km for drinks and weighing in to see how his body was handling it.

Yesterday he managed to go about the same pace while rowing and eliminated the nine breaks, thereby improving by 18 minutes!
