Pause Workout
Pause Workout
This is probably in the forum somewhere, but I am new. Is there any way to pause a workout, either a timed or distance one, using the computer so that you don't have to lose the workout or start over? Such as a bathroom break? Thanks.

Re: Pause Workout
You get four minutes before the monitor auto resets. You can reset the timer by pressing DISPLAY or UNITS or any of the five grey buttons [Don't press BACK].
With intervals you can set undefined rest time (not sure how long that runs before it times out).

Hi! My PM5 is going to sleep after 2 minutes. Can I change this to 4 minutes in some PM5 menu?Citroen wrote:You get four minutes before the monitor auto resets. You can reset the timer by pressing DISPLAY or UNITS or any of the five grey buttons [Don't press BACK].

And what's happening if I use ErgData? Is it going down after a few minutes, too?
Thanks.

Re: Pause Workout
The timer is doubled (or it used to be) if you're rowing an active session (may not be true for "Just row" workouts).

Re: Pause Workout
I believe the maximum time on an 'undefined rest' interval is 10:00
