Diaphragm Strain
Diaphragm Strain
Hello. I am re-starting an exercise and cardio regimen on the rower, but I think I have strained my diaphragm. Its just a little sore so I am wondering if I should hold off on rowing until my diaphragm heals. Thanks! Marvinh

Re: Diaphragm Strain
that is a very unusual diagnosis marvin and I wouldn't rely on either a self dx or a random Forum opinion. Best to see a doctor and get it sorted properly

Re: Diaphragm Strain
I totally agree with Lindsay. I haven't ever heard of anyone straining their diaphragm
