Kinda slow rate (26-27). Last fall I could do one ~30. Hopefully this year I'll break 6:40 and hold a 30spm. I think I can do it though.

Depends what sort of shape I'm in, but generally for a good 2k would average around 33/34spm. Highest I've done for a sub 6:15 is 37spm average, lowest probably 32.

5'11, 89kg, 28 years old, pb = 6:11

I did my PB at 28 spm, but I'm now aiming for higher rates. My PBs for 5k and 6k were done around 30-32 spm, I think I will do my next 2k attempt at about 32-34 spm :?
