A busy day for the Eh! Team yesterday!
I did my 12k, first 12k from a 60 min. piece (thanks RowPro

).
3 hours sleep and felt like it but did the warm up and sat down.
5 minutes in - I want to quit
2k in - 6 more of these?
3K - 1/4 to 12k, remind myself you should never handle down
4k - do the math for 12K final time
5k - if I quit now I've got an OK work out in
6k - 1/2 way to 12k
30 min - 18 minutes to go! (poor math skills

)
8k - 49:11 for 12K(better math skills

)
9k - 6 more 500's
10k- nice and steady
11k- don't push too hard, there's still 15 minutes to the hour
12k- remember 49:09.6, 2500m to go
12.6- 2 to go, keep it at 2:03
56 min.- 100 strokes left (started counting down)
30 strokes to go- even I can pick it up from here
DONE!
14,666, PB by 200+ meters. WAY tougher mentally than previous attempts.
The things you do to (temporarilly) get in boat I

.
