RowtheRockies came up with our next Poll!!
I am curious as to what Drag Factor others use. It seems to be a subject that comes up fairly frequently
Tyn = 121 - 125

Was rowing at 110, but have slowly (over a week) moved to 120.

this poll would be more interesting if it listed the average height and weight for people responding to a certain DF range.
Me:
DF=131~135
ht:201cm
mass:95kg

Around 118df for me - 60 yrs.
When I started erging about 5 years ago it was over 130 - you live and learn!!
I was finding it tough being in the same age group with you Joanvb, I've now moved on and in 7 years time we'll meet again no doubt. You are indeed an incentive in improving times, you are an amazing rower.
