what are your new year's resolutions?

Post by johnlvs2run » December 24th, 2006, 6:03 pm

One of mine is to keep rowing consistently, every morning if possible and if I miss a day to keep doing the best that is possible.

Another is to keep running on my easy days from rowing, preferably at least 5 days a week, and build up to running the hills on my easy days.

What are yours? Perhaps seeing yours can inspire me to write more of them.

Happy holidays and have a great year!

John.

O good one for you would be to stop arguing with a certain mister P S, and the same goes for that persone about arguing with you.

For myself, rowing wise I will try to keep on doing level 1 workouts all through the year. Focusing to much on long slow stuff doesn,t work well for me.

My resolutions for rowing are to attempt a half marathon at the end of January, and to complete my first million metres by rowing 100k a month. Hoping this will lead to improved stamina as well as weight loss, coz I am also trying to cut out too much processed sugar

Other resolutions are to keep the apartment cleaner and tidier and to be more positive. These are in addition to my regular two which I do every year - read something I wouldn't normally read, and eat something which I've never tried before.
