variable distance intervals ?

One of the workouts that came on my PM3 is a variable distance interval starting with 2000 followed by 1500, 1000, 500 with 3 min rest.

I really like the workout as the decreasing intervals allow me to set a moderately fast pace and row for each interval.

Is there a way on the PM3 to create other variable distance intervals? or, change the rest interval on this one? or, create variable rest intervals?

I've looked around but nothing is apparent.

Yes you set it like you set any session, and pick the last choice "variable intervals."

You can set every repetition differently, and every rest differently if you want.
