Help with choosing a laptop

Not having a computer at home, I'm now shopping for a laptop to run rowpro. I've read the specs but don't know enough about computers to fully understand if it will maximize all of rowpro's video features. Also, running rowpro on the laptop is all I'm going to use it for. How inexpensive can I get and any advice on a particular laptop that you know that would work very well?

Check out the Toshiba all-in-one PCs...I have one and I love it...
