ROWPRO
Hello all new to the indoor rowing community, quick question about training logs. I purchased rowpro today and was wondering is there a way to upload your results to the concept2 logbook? Thank you in advance.

Re: ROWPRO
Yes you just go into the Logbook in RowPro V4.0 and highlight in blue which row you want to upload and then right click and choose "Export to C2" and its done.
I also save the "Strokes" for my rows when I finish them so others can download the file and row against it if they want.
Welcolm to the RowPro community, its an amazing bit of software that allows you to get the most out of the rower and to reach your goals.
