Erg Data - 422 could not create new result

Hi there!

When i hit the "sync" button it tells me "422 could not create new result". Nexus 7 tablet linked with cable to PM4, worked flawlessly until now.
Tried so far: log out and re log in to the logbook in the app, deleting some older workouts, forced stop the app in android settings.

Any help much appreciated!

Hello there again!

Yesterday i plugged in the cable from the PM4 to my Android tablet but Ergdata has not recognised the connection. Ergdata was just showing the default screen with "please connect pm" in the bottom left corner. It has worked before flawlessly as i always use Ergdata and the same Android tablet two times a week. I then used the Logcard and uploaded the row with the long cable and Concept2Utility to the logbook per PC. I assume the short cable from PM4 to tablet must be faulty because the connection to the PC has worked. But the cable is only a few centimeters short, is neither crimped or bend and always stored in a dry place. How can it get broken from one day to the other? Has anyone had this issue also?

Have you updated your PM with the latest available firmware?
