Unable to upload ranked piece

Hey everyone,

I'm not sure if this belongs here or on the bugs forum, but here we are. I've already emailed concept2, but I was wondering if any of you had this problem or know how to fix it -

1. I did a warm up, a 1000m time trial, and a cool down, all linked to ergdata.
2. I uploaded it via ergdata to the logbook.
3. All 3 showed up, but one of the splits was missing in the time trial in the logbook. I checked ergdata and it was missing there was well. I checked my PM5 and the splits were fine.
4. I deleted the 1000m time trial from my logbook.
5. I then tried uploading it via a cable from my PM5 to my laptop using Concept2 Utility. The workout showed up on the software, but it did not let me check the box to upload it. It appears as if it thinks it already exists in the logbook so I cannot upload it. I have attached a screenshot of that.
6. I then tried uploading it via ergdata (and with the missing split), but it did not upload it again. Again, it seems like ergdata thinks my workout already exists in the logbook.

How do I get my time trial back on my logbook? I'm fine with the missing split, I just want to rank my workout since I think I left a piece of me on the machine!

Quick summary - I deleted the workout from my logbook, it still exists on my PM5 and on ergdata, but I am not able to re-upload it. Help!

Update: Logged out and back in on concept2 utility and it worked. So mods can delete this.
