I use ErgData on my Android and the workout is captured fine and uploaded to the logbook fine. But the past 2 workouts have not automatically uploaded to Strava. On my PC I logged into the online logbook, found the 2 workouts and tried to downlaod the FIT or TCX files for these workouts (to manually upload to Strava) and when I click these I get a page that says:
Sorry, it looks like something has gone wrong!
We track these errors automatically, but if the problem persists, please contact us.
Any ideas why this is happening?

Write and email to info@concept2.com with details of your logbook ID and the suspect workout. They should be able to help.
