Unable to automatically update online logbook

Hello,

I have a RowErg Model E with PM4. I downloaded ErgData to the phone (version compatible with PM4) and connected by cable to the monitor.
However that shows me error code 121-xx and can not use the machine while connected to phone

PM4 firmware is version 26, but even after connecting with a laptop and the concept 2 software it says the latest version is already installed and can not upgrade to version 29.

Also removed the batteries from the monitor overnight and did a full reset, but apart from clearing the logbook it did not do anything.

Does anyone know how I can get it working?
Phone by cable to PM4 and then update workout directly to logbook afterwards.
